Abstract

ABSTRAK Kajian tentang alam dan lingkungan dari sudut pandang agama khususnya kajian tafsir penting dilakukan guna menjawab dan melihat sejauh mana peran dan solusi yang ditawarkan agama di dalam pelestarian lingkungan. Maka penelitian ini akan mengungkap dua hal utama yaitu; penafsiran Yusuf Qardawi atas ayat-ayat larangan merusak lingkungan dan implikasinya pada masa depan pelestarian alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penafsiran ma’na cum maghza, metode peneltian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif library resarch, dengan jenis penelitian diskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap bahwa: pertama, Yusuf Qardawi menafsirkan ayat-ayat larangan merusak lingkukngan (ifsad) dengan menetapkan pada keumuman ma’na dari kata ifsad dan turunannya sebagai maghza al-mutaharrik al-mu’ashir dari ayat-ayat tersebut, sehingga yang dimaksud dengan ifsad mencakup pada kerusakan alam yang tampak maupun tidak tampak oleh indra (ifsad al-ma’nawi dan ifsad al-madi). Kedua, pada aktualisasi maghza ayat-ayat ifsad nampak implikasi dari penafsiran Yusuf Qardawi secara ekologis yaitu berupa adanya solusi tahapan-tahapan pelestarian alam sebagai berikut; tahap pencegahan, tahap perbaikan dan tahap perawatan. ABSTRACT Studies on nature and the environment from a religious perspective, especially interpretation studies, are important to be carried out to answer questions and see the extent of the role and solutions offered by religion in environmental preservation. Therefore, this research will reveal two main things: Yusuf Qardawi's interpretation of the verses prohibiting harming the environment and their implications for the future of nature conservation. This study used the interpretation approach of ma'na cum maghza. The research method used was qualitative library research, with analytical descriptive as the type of research. This study succeeded in revealing that: first, Yusuf Qardawi interpreted the verses prohibiting harming the environment (ifsad) by specifying the generality of the meaning of the word ifsad and its derivatives as maghza al-mutaharrik al-mu'ashir from these verses; thus, what is meant by ifsad includes damage to nature that is visible or invisible to the senses (ifsad al-ma'nawi and ifsad al-madi). Second, in the actualization of the maghza verses of ifsad, the implications of Yusuf Qardawi's ecological interpretation appear, namely in the form of a solution to the stages of nature conservation as follows: prevention stage, repair stage and maintenance stage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of reason in humans is a privilege given by Allah SWT. Humans with their intellect can think, do reasoning, and appreciate all of Allah's creations. Qur’an as a source of basic material in Islamic law provides a large portion of the use of human reason. The method used in this research was library research. The background to the recognition of the role of reason is the fact that the development of social life is followed by various life problems whose answers cannot be found in translation in the Qur’an or Hadith. The results of this study indicate that, first, reason is the power of thought which when used can lead a person to understand the problem he is thinking about. Second, reason functions as a tool for thinking, contemplating, experiencing, and developing intelligent concepts and ideas, very closely related to education. Therefore, reason in its implication towards the goals of Islamic education greatly determines the success or failure of a person in achieving the goals of Islamic education. ABSTRAK Keberadaan akal pada manusia merupakan keistimewaan yang diberikan Allah swt. Manusia dengan akal yang dimilikinya dapat berpikir, melakukan penalaran, dan penghayatan terhadap segala ciptaan Allah swt. Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber materi pokok dalam hukum Islam memberikan porsi yang besar terhadap penggunaan akal pikiran manusia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Latar belakang dari diakuinya peranan akal ini merupakan kenyataan berkembangnya kehidupan masyarakat yang diikuti oleh berbagai permasalahan hidup yang tidak ditemui jawabannya secara harfiah dalam Al-Qur’an maupun Al-Hadits. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, akal adalah daya pikir yang bila digunakan dapat mengantarkan seseorang untuk memahami dan memahami masalah yang sedang dipikirkannya. Kedua, akal berfungsi sebagai alat berpikir, merenung dan mengalami serta mengembangkan konsep dan gagasan yang cemerlang, sangat erat hubungannya dengan pendidikan. Maka akal dalam implikasinya terhadap tujuan pendidikan Islam sangat menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the problems that happens regarding religious moderation is that many people do not claim a particular religion, whether or not religious moderation only applies to individuals or groups who have a religion. The role of Islamic Philosophy seems to be urged to solve the problem. To explore the variety of Islamic philosophical thoughts led this article to discuss the thoughts of Suhrawardi, the founder of Isyraqi philosophy. This article aimed to analyze the concept of Isyraqi philosophy related to the esoteric concept of religious pluralism and its relationship to human tolerance in the discourse of religious moderation. This research applied a literature review, collecting information sourced from books and journal articles, especially about Suhrawardi’s thoughts as the primary source and relevant studies as the secondary source. The results of the research showed that; (1) Allah SWT is the main source for the creation of knowledge, religions and beliefs (2) Isyraqi philosophy acknowledges the esoteric nature of pluralism as the basis of ethical concepts (3) Tolerance is based on the awareness to decline every single fanaticism towards reality. Thus, because of the implications of the philosophical thinking above, religious moderation should cover all levels of society, both the believers and non-believers. ABSTRAK Pada faktanya masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengklaim agama tertentu, disinilah masalah moderasi beragama, apakah moderasi beragama hanya berlaku untuk seseorang atau kalangan yang memiliki agama? Peran Filsafat Islam seakan didesak untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Menelusuri ragam pemikiran Filsafat Islam mengantarkan artikel ini untuk mendiskusikan pemikiran Suhrawardi, sosok pencetus Filsafat Isyraqi. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep Filsafat Isyraqi terkait konsep esoteris pluralisme agama dan kaitannya dengan toleransi umat manusia dalam wacana moderasi beragama. Proses penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka, pengumpulan informasi bersumber dari buku maupun artikel jurnal, terutama tentang pemikiran Suhrawardi sebagai sumber primer dan yang relevan dengan tema-tema terkait sebagai sumber sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; (1) Allah Swt merupakan sumber utama atas terciptanya ilmu, agama-agama dan keyakinan (2) Filsafat Isyraqi mengakui hakikat esoteris pluralis sebagai dasar konsep etika (3) Toleransi didasari dengan kesadaran menolak fanatisme tunggal terhadap realitas. Dengan demikian sebabagai implikasi pemikiran filsafat di atas maka selayaknya Moderasi Beragama harus mencakup seluruh lapisan masyarakat baik bagi penganut agama maupun tidak (penganut kepercayaan)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Problematika riset ini berupa maraknya sejumlah kasus dan isu terkait intoleransi dalam beragama yang terjadi di Indonesia dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Salah satu upaya Kementerian Agama yakni dengan program moderasi beragama yang disosialisasikan melalui internalisasi dalam dunia pendidikan hingga ke masyarakat umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka yang dikategorikan jenis kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan causal descriptive yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan mendeskripsikan relevansi pemikiran Syaikh Yusuf al-Makassari dalam Pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan moderasi beragama. Hasil penelitian adalah pemikiran etika tasawuf Syaikh Yusuf al-Makassari dinilai relevan dengan Pendidikan Islam karena orientasi pada rasa dan etika religius yang bersifat adaptif. Pemikiran tersebut sangat menekankan pada nilai-nilai moderasi dan toleransi yang sangat tinggi berupa tawassuth, tawazun, i’tidal dan tasamuh. Nilai-nilai yang sejalan dengan moderasi beragama ini, maka patur diterapkan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara khusunya di Indonesia yang majemuk. ABSTRACT The problem with this research is the rise in a number of cases and issues related to religious intolerance that have occurred in Indonesia in recent years. One of the Ministry of Religion's efforts is a religious moderation program that is socialized through internalization in the world of religion. This research used a literature study, which is classified as qualitative. Data were obtained through data collection techniques with documents and analyzed using causal descriptive, which aims to reveal and describe the relevance of Shaykh Yusuf al-Makassari's thoughts in Islamic education as an effort to increase religious moderation. The results of the research show that Syaikh Yusuf al-Makassari's Sufism (tasawwuf) ethical thoughts are considered relevant to Islamic education because of their orientation towards adaptive religious feelings and ethics. These thoughts place great emphasis on the very high values of moderation and tolerance in the form of tawassuth, tawazun, itidal, and tasamuh. These values are in line with religious moderation, so they should be applied in the life of the nation and state, especially in a pluralistic Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the real uniqueness in Indonesia is the diversity of traditional and tribal cultures and religious beliefs. In the field of culture, there are Javanese, Bugis, Sundanese, Madurese cultures. Meanwhile, in terms of ethnicity, there are Dayak, Malay and Sundanese tribes. In the stream dimension, there are traditional and modernist Islamic streams and other religious streams. One of the interesting customs is one of them in Banyuwangi district. The Osing tribe, which inhabits most of the Banyuwangi area, has many different cultures and customs as well as traditional rituals, one of which is the "kebo-keboan" traditional ritual. The Osing people believe that this is a traditional ancestral heritage that must be preserved in the “kebo-keboan” ritual. The mystical dimension is often and more shown by the Osing indigenous people. This is where this paper is interesting, because the theme raised is Islamic values ​​in the mysticism of the "bo-keboan" tradition in Banyuwangi district. There are three important questions in this research, the first is how the traditional ritual tradition of "kebo-keboan" in Banyuwangi district takes place and what is the history of its practice and implementation? second, how is the understanding of the Osing Banyuwangi community towards the "kebo-keboan" traditional ritual in Banyuwangi district? and third, how are Islamic values ​​in the mysticism of the "kebo-keboan" tradition in Banyuwangi district. sociology to see the reality of the views of the people of Osing Banyuwangi on the customary rituals of the "kebo-keboan" tradition in Banyuwangi district. Then Islamic values ​​in the mysticism reasoning of the "kebo-keboan" tradition in Banyuwangi district are explained ethnographically. Abstract

Poligami merupakan salah satu masalah dalam perkawinan yang sering dibicarakan oleh banyak ulama Islam. Kasus poligami masih dianggap tabu; Namun, sebagian lainnya menganggapnya sebagai praktik yang baik dan perlu sebagai solusi dan alternatif sosial, sebagaimana juga disebutkan dalam ayat al-Qur’an tentang poligami. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menggali nilai-nilai spiritual poligami dalam pernikahan poligami oleh Kiai yang mengasuh pondok pesantren di Madura yang memberikan gambaran tentang kehidupan rumah tangga poligami berdasarkan nilai-nilai spiritual. Ada dua masalah pokok (1) Bagaimana hakikat poligami dalam pandangan kiai Madura: (2) Apa makna spiritual kiai Madura? Kajian ini ditulis dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan paradigma definisi sosial atau dikenal juga dengan paradigma sosiologi interpretif. Hasil kajian menjelaskan bahwa keluarga dan masyarakat sangat menjaga keturunan Kiai untuk meneruskan kepemimpinan dan mendakwahkan ilmu agama sehingga jika seorang Kiai menikah dengan yang tidak memiliki anak, maka seorang Kiai akan berpoligami. Hal itu diterima oleh seorang istri untuk melindungi keturunan Kiai
